If you have tried to follow the instructions included in your order but just can't seem to be able to get it working, no problem. We are here to help do this for you at no extra cost. Simply use this page to book an available slot and we will use AnyDesk to connect to your computer and complete the installation for you. We will verify everything is working and then you can get started with your new software!

Instructions

  1. Navigate to AnyDesk Downloads page.  

  2. Select AnyDesk depending on your operating system.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

  4. Repeat on each device you plan to access or manage.

Set up Unattended Access

Unattended Access allows you to manage and control remote devices even when no one is physically present at the remote end.

To enable Unattended Access, set up a password on the remote AnyDesk client. You can then use this password to connect from your local device.

To set up Unattended Access:

  1. On the remote device, open AnyDesk and go to Settings > Access.

  2. In the Unattended Access section, click Set password.

  3. Create a secure password and click Apply. Please send us this password.

Once these steps have been completed, simply send us your AnyDesk ID to allow us to connect to your computer.
