Are all of your products full versions?
Yes! All products sold are full versions and will remain activated for life after purchase. Updates are provided for free as and when they become available.
How fast is delivery?
All orders are delivered instantly via download link to the email you provide at checkout. If purchasing a 'Custom Bundle' order please allow a few hours as these download links are sent manually.
What if I need help with installing a product?
We provide full support for all products purchased. All products come with full text and video installation instructions. If you are having issues installing, please see the 'Remote Installation' page for details on how to book a remote installation carried out by one of our technicians. This will involve the use of the 'AnyDesk' application to connect to your computer.
Do you provide refunds?
Yes, we provide full refunds for cases where the product may be incompatible with your computer or if we are unable to successfully help you with a particular installation issue.
How is everything so cheap?
The products here are designed for offline activation only and so you will be unable to manually update them on your end. Instead, we provide updated links as and when they become available.
